I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling request. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. This policy allows me the opportunity to accommodate guests on my waitlist and protects the reserved time. Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. No-shows may also require a card on file and/or prepayment for future bookings.
